A thought that keeps coming to mind over the years is the fulfillment we get from what we do each day. What we do for a living or what we live for. Should these two ideas feel like one or have they be become separate due to the cultural structure we live in?
Most societies on this planet seem to be striving for perpetual progress at any cost. This includes the sacrifice of fulfillment. Where the single, most highly regarded reward is that of a financial compensation. How fulfilling our job is and the respect we receive is too closely bound by the amount of money we get for doing what we do.
I feel we should be striving for a life in which we can spend most of our time working on something that has an intrinsic value for us. A job that we feel is rewarding because we simply give it our best. The tricky part of this idea is that, what is of value to us must not hurt or take away from others. My means of existence shall not be based on, or supported in any way by the slavery of anyone else. I use the word “slavery” to describe a life in which we must sacrifice our liberty to be happy in order to exist.
We live under the oppression of systems that have been developed with a distorted mentality of greed and destructive perpetual growth. And they usually benefit only a very limited few at the top. How can we break free from the oppression of a life arrangement that doesn’t do us, or anyone else any good? Can we really ever convince those who have too much to share more or invest in ideas that are constructive for the well being of others?
When will enough people act upon knowing that our leaders work for the very corporations and people who want to control us through all other means (including controlling our food and access to health care)? Do great CEO’s really deserve to get paid more than great teachers? When will we have real conversations about the need for population control?
We need a new social movement where our essentials for survival are not held hostage. I know that many of the ideas and questions here are reliant on people being better than they are. And I believe therein rest a lot of our answers. We should try as individuals not to support a dysfunctional system due to our acquiescence. Whenever we have the chance we should -at the very least- attempt to disrupt the system. Push the barriers that constrain our happiness and bring friends with you! It is up to us to question the rules in order to transform oppressive energy into positive light.
Maybe we need to start with small groups of like-minded people. Movements often start with just a few; as with trees we then strengthen our roots and let the birds carry us to more distant places.
I will try to give answers and specific examples these questions as well as I can with time. As I hope for this to be a collective effort I would like to invite you into a discussion and to contribute to it. I am an explorer in search of constructive solutions so any suggestions, examples, links (both internet and ideological) are gratefully received and appreciated.
Have a great end of the week, everyone!
LOVE & Positive Energy
Adrian casino on line
The words we speak can often be interpreted in ways we do not intend. One possible reason for this may have to do with what we say. Although, sometimes confusion in communication has more to do with how we say something. The inflection and tone with which I carry my words sometimes conflicts. I find myself falling into miscommunication due to my unintentional tone. It’s seems I am either saying things the way I feel about them subconsciously or, I am being misread.
Because the words themselves don’t carry any intrinsic value in these particular cases, I disregard the possibility of them being the sole culprits of my demise. If I’m not careful and fully conscious of how I say something the message itself may be corrupted. This can lead to difficult or at least uncomfortable situations in which I then have to figure what I really transmitted. What did my body language and tone say without me fully realizing it? Did I somehow mutate an observation or simple statement into a negative accusation?
I am leaning towards the unwanted conversion of a positive or neutral passage into a negative one because these are typically the ones that are more frustrating. Since starting this piece I have made an honest effort to try to catch myself as quickly as possible. Actually I am now becoming almost too aware of what I say and how I say it. And if I do feel there could have possibly been any confusion as to what I meant, a follow-up question comes along to clear up the transmission. If I felt the statement might have had too strong of a tone, I’ll ask something along the lines of: “did that seem ‘mean’ because I don’t mean it that way…?” If the statement I make has maybe ‘too much of a complaining tone,’ I will follow with a sentence to balance it out and highlight the positive side.
The object of this hypersensitivity, I expect in the long run will turn into a natural awareness, which I can use to communicate more clearly and with a more assured reliability. This can often be a matter of saying less or spending enough time before saying something thinking about how we want to say it. We may even find that some thoughts don’t have to be said as we think them, because they will come across the wrong way, so we must take the energy and focus to find exactly what we feel we must say.
There shouldn’t be any reason to compromise relationships due to miss communication. But sometimes the confusion or pain we cause is -to a certain degree- irreparable. I can’t really take a message back once it has been delivered and received. There are few options besides spending a lot more energy trying to translate the corrupt message. Additionally an apology will be in order, and this too can be quite energy draining and rarely corrects the situation completely.
We might as well work hard on honing these skills the best we can to ensure synchronized communication. casino en ligne francais

Timing Every Move
I had quite a funny feeling earlier today when I realized that I am timing my day and pretty much everything I do! I’m really not sure to what extent others are doing this timing of every event of the day?
I don’t think I am doing this unconsciously or to a profound level, but rather on a basic “ok where’s my stopwatch so that I know how long I’ve been walking” before I can go back to time how long I take in the shower, before I can time my lunch to then get back to time my working hours!
It’s rather amusing, but really it is more fun when I don’t have a strong feeling to sticking with the ‘time’ and simply manage to enjoy whatever may come as I go through onto the next stage.
In other words, I like to have an idea of what I am doing with my time for the sake of practicality, as long as it doesn’t get too strict or rigid.
I guess it feels good to have some idea of the real time we spend doing something when it affects the outcome, as well as the parameters of our lives. However, I like to be flexible and be aware of it.
What about you?

Corridors of Destiny
As we walk through the many corridors of destiny a certain idea tends to repeat itself. As trivial as it may seem we live for simple things.
The colors we see are infinite but we can only focus on a few or one at a time. Trying to reach every level simultaneously has a degree of pointlessness. It doesn’t grant much satisfaction. There is a great sense of connection and comfort when we’re able to enjoy the presence of a person as they are, without any distractions.
Appreciate the continuity of thought even if it is short. Take it as a lead to get anywhere. Don’t worry too much because it really won’t help in any way. Worrying becomes a source for the depletion of your inner strength.
Use the initial impulse and re-enforce it’s direction as more energy is injected into its flow. Where you get to is almost unimportant! As long as you keep focused on the trip itself. There is value though, in being aware of the possibilities without allowing distraction to gain momentum. Choosing one and allowing its potential to grow can be empowering and rewarding. Seeing and idea go from zero to somewhere with purpose is fullfilling.
Concern without a real need doesn’t promise any major reward. Distraction is another matter. Learning to redirect the flow into a stream of comfort and positive support is really fun. It’s part of an effort to use our human ability to the maximum. That is truly what makes us unique and powerful. We have the choice to manage our thoughts, activity and reaction. We can construct entire worlds within our mind. Manifestations of these feed the other half of reality.
